The Personal Ministries Committee was established as a major setting for soul winning activities in the church. It exists to teach and proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ in response to the command of Jesus, in the context of the three angels’ messages. To honor this original purpose, the Personal Ministries Committee continues to communicate the good news with the objective to win, hold, and train for Jesus Christ, men, women, youth, boys and girls, in all the world, and to design programs and resources to help those areas of the world where church growth is limited.

Our goal in Personal Ministries is to find God’s lost children and bring them home to the church and to eternal life with Jesus’ personal ministry of saving the lost.

The Ministry tries to affect a comprehensive approach to Fil-am’s growing membership and anticipates its evangelism and nurturing needs. These two are very different in appearance: one is outreach and the other is “in reach.” However, they can be easily blended for the benefit of new members, youth, visitors, and the general church membership. Literature for both outreach and “in reach” is a major part of Personal Ministries. We maintain a Personal Ministries area in the church foyer. There, you can find tracts, books, papers, and articles. They are very effective for encouragement, enlightenment, and sharing with others.
